During its first season of operation, the ship will set its course from PortMiami terminal owned by the company, which is scheduled to be inaugurated towards the end of 2023. It will cruise seven-night memorable voyages across the amazing Caribbean.

At full capacity, the World America can carry 5,200 people. The cruiser has been described as a vessel defined by "refined European architecture meeting American luxury". The World America will be powered by liquefied natural gas.

The Harbour, an open area with a water park, will be one of the new features on an MSC ship. Guests of the outdoor park will be able to enjoy a High Trail course and cable, as well as sensory play spaces for younger children. There will also be mobile food vendors selling beverages.

Next to Luna Park in the shopping complex is where you'll find Luna Park Pizza & Burger, a free quick-service restaurant. In addition to traditional pub fare like wings and burgers, a sports bar will also have activities like billiards and foos-ball. Craft gins will be served in The Gin Project. Guests of Elixir will be able to unwind with a drink on the patio before or after supper. And there will also be a brewery on board called Masters of the Sea.

At Coffee Emporium, guests can get coffees from France, Italy, Turkey, and Morocco. The Jean-Phillipe Chocolate Store and Café will provide a selection of exquisite products, including chocolates made to order, coffee, and other beverages.

MSC Cruises will make cruise history with the ship's entertainment lounge, including a comedy club, which will be a first for the company.
