"We are excited to be expanding our footprint in the Pacific Northwest by acquiring another iconic hotel in one of the most dynamic gateway cities in the US," mentioned Chris Marquis, Executive Vice President of Pacifica Hotels. "We have been looking at investment opportunities in the Seattle market for over a decade and are pleased to be adding Hotel Vintage to the Pacifica portfolio at such an attractive basis."

The Kimpton Hotel Vintage Seattle in downtown Seattle has a great location at 5th Avenue. This gives guests easy access the best restaurants in Seattle, gourmet food purveyors, boutiques in Pacific Place and Pioneer Square, as well as the historic Pioneer Square. The boutique hotel's central location is close to many attractions, including the Space Needle, Seattle Center and Seattle Art Museum. It also has easy access to Safeco Field, CenturyLink Field and 5th Avenue Theatre.

"We have witnessed a strong recovery in tourism in the Seattle market since the disruption from the global pandemic," said Matt Marquis, CEO of Pacifica Hotels. "With the addition of the new state of the art convention center totaling more than 573,000 square feet of meeting space, we believe Seattle is poised for strong future growth."

Hotel Vintage Seattle was acquired along with Kimpton Hotel Vintage Seattle. Bill Kimpton launched the Vintage brand in 1983, when he opened Hotel Vintage Court in San Francisco.
